WE WILL ISSUE A CREDIT OR REFUND ON THE PORTION OF PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED ADEQUATELY DUE TO THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
  • A mistake made by our shipping carrier and you purchased shipping protection. 
  • Lobsters are not alive upon delivery and you notify us within 4 hours of delivery of the shipment and pictures are provided. 
  • Products missing from your order with notification within 4 hours of the delivery of the shipment and pictures are provided.
